WereWolf

On this page you will learn about the full moon werewolf that is half human and half wolf. One scratch and your one of them. Werewolves only come out at night on a full moon.

BEWARE YOU'RE IN FOR A SCARE!

(Beware this could get very hairy) Werewolves are full of hair.

A werewolf has brown hair and long fangs (teeth). A werewolf’s eyes are either red or yellow. It has dog-like eyes. The werewolf walks on either all four or two legs. He howls and growls at you or at the full moon. Werewolves are mainly in the woods. It eats red meat.

The legend of the werewolf was started in the 1600's. No one knows who started the legend. The legend of the werewolf started in Europe. It is considered a legend because of the many sightings of them and no one can really prove that they existed. One of the many sightings of a werewolf was in Europe; a farmer was feeding his cows on a full moon. A pair of red or orange eyes was seen in the bushes. The farmer thought it was a local stray dog, but he was wrong. The werewolf sprang from the bushes and attacked a cow. The farmer hit the werewolf with a pitchfork and it ran away.

I also learned that there are other types of creatures out there, such as a were-cat or were-dog. Werewolves only come out at night on a full moon. The symptoms of a werewolf are first, loss of appetite, insomnia, and he/she is angry most of the time. The only known cure is death by a silver bullet.

In summary, werewolves are angry, hairy and only come out on a full moon. They originated in Europe, but tales of werewolves exist all over the world. If you believe the tale, the only way to turn into a werewolf is to be bitten by one, born from one, or being cursed. So the next time there is a full moon, beware of the werewolf, unless you have a silver bullet handy. My personal opinion is that they don’t exist, but when there is a full moon, I’m not planning on wandering anywhere near the woods.
