Shinto:  A religion native to Japan.

Spice:  Any of various pungent, aromatic plant substances, such as cinnamon or nutmeg, used to flavor foods or beverages.

Sushi: Cold cooked rice dressed with vinegar that is shaped into bite-sized pieces and topped with raw or cooked fish, or formed into a roll with fish, egg, or vegetables and wrapped in seaweed.

Tokyo: The capital and largest city of Japan.

Tortillas: A thin disk of unleavened bread made from masa or wheat flour and baked on a hot surface.

Yucatan: A peninsula in Central America extending into the Gulf of Mexico between the Bay of Campeche and the Caribbean Sea.
