Simply put, falling is the leading cause of injury and beginning snowboarders are most likely to fall.
In order to protect yourself from getting hurt you must wear the equipment from paragraph one. The behavior to play snowboarding is to be focused on the track. The reason you should be focused is so you donít crash into a tree. And the last reason to prevent an injury for playing is to stretch. You must stretch so you are ready to turn from a tree.
You might not have the same style as your friends so you might have to buy a different snowboard and ride goofy or regular. You must always pay attention while you are snowboarding.
