 Snowboarding

This is the website of snowboarding. Snowboarding has a long history. Snowboards were first made by plank of plywood and your feet were secure by clothesline and horse reins. Snowboarding is like surfing but your feet are strapped and you ride on snow. The equipment you need to play snowboarding are eyewear, gloves, thick socks, a backpack to carry your stuff in, a jacket, snow pants, a helmet, wrist guards, and knee and elbow pads.

One of the most common injuries are frostbites. If you are falling of a mountain without a helmet you will either die or have a very bad head injury. You can get a frostbite if part of your body is in the snow to long. If you land on a rock and you trip real hard you will have to go to the Hospital. Nearly 25% of injury occurs during a snowboarder’s first experience and almost 1 in a half occur during the first season of snowboarding. Simply put, falling is the leading cause of injury and beginning snowboarders are most likely to fall.

In order to protect yourself from getting hurt you must wear the equipment from paragraph one. The behavior to play snowboarding is to be focused on the track. The reason you should be focused is so you don’t crash into a tree. And the last reason to prevent an injury for playing is to stretch. You must stretch so you are ready to turn from a tree.

You might not have the same style as your friends so you might have to buy a different snowboard and ride goofy or regular. You must always pay attention while you are snowboarding. You must always wear the equipment from paragraph one and you must always protect yourself from injuries. And don’t forget to prevent all the injuries to be safe in snowboarding.
