Baseball

In 1846 at Elysian field in Hoboken, New Jersey, baseball was founded. The first name of baseball was called "Bounders". After that they called it "Town Ball", then "Baseball". Baseball is a fascinating sport, if you know how to play. The objective is to score the most points and catch a lot of catches. First there are some things you need. You’ll need a helmet, a cup, a mitt and a bat (for your safety).

         Many injuries have occurred in the past. “ Mantle’s knee sprain interfering with his career, Carter broke his thumb”. You see even professionals’ mess up so you should be especially careful. 

           Like I said, always wear equipment, and don’t fool around, lots of people get hurt fooling around. You should always stretch too, sometimes your muscles cramp, because you didn’t stretch.
