| Glaciers
change the land when it moves. You can see deep gouges in the rocks
and sides of the mountains. They were made when the glacier moved
across the land and shoved huge boulders and piles of rock and dirt
in front of it. When the glacier melted away the damage that it caused
can be easily seen. |
