Create a Necklace:

Take 2-3 sheets of colored paper, glue, scissors, toothpicks and cord to string a necklace.

Cut the paper into tiny triangles about 1 inch long. Roll the triangles tightly around the toothpicks. Let glue dry.   Glue shut.    

String paper beads on cord as long as you want and Enjoy your beautiful Ancient Egyptian necklace.

 

 

Create Hieroglyphic Writing on Papyrus Paper

Take a sheet of stiff paper and crumple it up well to create paper similar to Egyptian papyrus paper. Unfold carefully and flatten out. Using markers, create your own alphabet symbols resembling Egyptian Hieroglyphs. 

Create a message with your code. Now get your friends to de-code your message!
