| In chapters 5-6 Ellen stayed with the Johansons while her parents went somewhere else. They all had to hide from the Germans so they would not arrest them because they were Jewish. At night the Germans came looking for them at the Johansons. Ellen was there and they found them. Mrs. Johanson said, “ She would bring Uncle Henrick somthing.” | ||||||||||
