There are many different plants in the rainforest. They live in the two upper layers unless they adapt to the darkness.
Here are some of the plants of the rainforest. Bark, liana, drip tip, buttress, prop root, epiphyte, bromeliad, mangrove, and nepenthes.
All of these plants play a part in the rainforest and I'll tell you about some of them.
In some rainforests, bark makes sure not to much moisture gets into the tree's trunk.
Drip tips are leaves that have adapted to high rainfall. These plants can make water run right off them.
Epiphytes grow on the surface of other plants, mostly on tree trunks and branches. These grow on trees mainly to get sunlight.
The lianas is a wooden type of vine. They grow on the ground but the climb on trees to get to the sunlight.
This is all I have to tell you about plants, I hope you learned a lot.
