The reason the Sea Elephant gets their name is by having a trunk for a nose, and the body of a seal.

Home: The Southern Sea Elephant lives on the rocky shores of the Antarctic islands.

Fighting: The bulls(Male Sea Elephants) fight by balancing on their chests, and bending their bodies into a U shape, showing off all of their upper body strength. Some Beach masters can have a harem of over 50 cows!

Walking/Swimming: The Sea Elephants don't have arms and legs like we do, so it's hard to walk on land. The Sea Elephants have flippers, like a dolphin, instead of arms and legs. Its hard for the flippers to hold up the Sea Elephant because of their weight, but they do have a big effect when the Sea elephants swim.

Eating: The Sea elephants menu consists of large fish, squid, and every now and then, penguins. Sea elephants have very few predators.
