Summary: This book is about a girl that gets lost in the arctic wilderness. While she is lost she makes friends with a pack of wolves. Then she sets off for San Francisco. On the way she reunites with her birth father. She soon finds out that he has changed. So she once again sets off for San Francisco.
What did you think of this book? I thought it was a great book. The description of the people and animals were great. I also like the way Jean made Miyax talk in Eskimo language. It would have been helpful if though if she put a translator in the back of the book.
