The polygons lesson plan is a way for teachers to demonstrate to students different polygon shapes ranging from triangles to decagons. An excellent geomtery review for grades 4-6, which only takes 1-2 hours. Students will also be shown how to draw different polygons using Microworlds Pro.
The Stick Figure lesson plan is a more basic lesson plan than the Polygon lesson plan. Its main focus is to teach younger students how to create a simple art project using Microworlds Pro and to show them the drawing capabilities of turtles. This can be the beginning of a Microworlds unit or a lesson by itself.
