The Characters
Harry Potter
Harry is a boy who just learns that he is from a wizard family. Befriending Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger, Harry faces his darkest fear: Lord Voldemort. Overcoming this fear is no easy task for Lord Voldemort's only task is for Harry's death. Ever since Voldemort killed Harry's parents and lost his powers from Harry because of a charm, Lord Voldemorts only goal was to regain his power and to attack Harry. As you know from the title of the book, Harry is the main character of the series.
Ron Weasley
Ron is Harry's best friend since they first enrolled at Hogwarts school.
Ron's family is quite poor, he gets his Hogwarts School supplies from
his older brothers (second-hand).
Though secretly Harry believes Ron may be jealous of his hidden wealth, but Ron never reacts to it.
All of Ron's brothers are talented in something, which gives him the ambition to be better than them.
With Harry on his side, it seems likely Ron will always come in second place, but best friends are always best friends.
Hermione Granger
Hermione is a Muggle-born (from a non-magic family) witch. She is one of the top student in Hogwarts.
Excellent marks, great participation, and a teacher's pet.
She is very bossy and strict--especially to Ron and Harry,
since they always attempt to break the rules. Hermione watches Harry and Ron closely and also, and she is good friends with them.
She pushes them into constant studies and school works. Ron and Hermione are always insulting at each other's face back
and forth forever. Without Hermione, Harry might not have passed his exams.
