Victoria Falls

The unbelievable sight of thousands of pounds of water falling 260 feet can only be seen at one place. If you have ever been to Victoria Falls you know what I’m talking about. The Victoria Falls is over a mile of falling water, that’s longer than any other waterfall in the world. Victoria falls got its name from a Scottish explorer who discovered it in 1855, David Livingston. Livingston named it after his queen, Victoria. This giant wonder is located on the borders of Zimbabwe and Zambia. Victoria is twice as big as U.S.A’s giant Niagara Falls. The Falls Were Created by a massive limestone collapse under the Zambezi River 150 million years ago. It continues to gouge out the land under it and gradually is moving backwards. This wonder is truly amazing and that’s what every other wonder is.
