Appearance
The body an adult leopard 3-6.3 feet long and a 3 feet tail. Usually the coat a leopard is a pale tan with black spots everywhere. These circles have a central spot. Some specimens with darker colors have been seen. They are born in extraordonary litters and are all black.
Range
Leopards only live in Africa and Asia.
Habitat
These wild cats adapt to both rain forest and desert biomes, which are in the sub-Saharan of Africa
Food/Diet
Mainly the leopard will agilely climb up a tree and stock a monkey
or some other kind of prey. Usually these cats go hunting at night, which
makes the leopards nocturnal. When game is scarce leopards will eat field
mice, fruit, porcupines, baboons, or arthropods.
Breeding
The females and males mate and bear 1-6 young per litter.
Status
There is an agreement that the leopard isn't endangered in the sub-Saharan but in other places it is. There is only 714,000 left.
