Hershey’s
Easy Pizza Brownie
Ingredients:

3/4cups
(1-11/2 sticks) butter or
margarine, melted

1-11/2
cups sugar
|
|
1-11/2
tsp. vanilla extract
|
|
3
eggs
|
|
½
cup Hershey’s cocoa
|
|
¾ cup
all-purpose flour
|
|
½
tsp. baking powder
|
|
¼ tsp.
salt
|
1.
Heat oven to 350°F. Grease a 12 inch pizza pan.
If using a disposable pizza pan, place on cookie sheet to bake.
2.
Use only a spoon to beat melted butter, sugar, vanilla, and eggs in a
large bowl. Stir in dry ingredients
until well blended. Spread into
pan.
Bake
20 to 22 minutes or until top springs bake when touched lightly.
Serve plain or sprinkle HOT
brownie with Hershey’s chocolate or white chips, Reese’s peanut
butter chips, Mounds coconut, Skor or Heath toffee bits.
