Saturn is the second largest planet in the solar system. It is about 72,371 miles in diameter. That's 95 times the size of Earth!

It is the 6th planet from the sun. It's about 888 million miles from the sun. It's the farthest planet that can be seen with the naked eye. It's also the only planet that's rings can be seen with a normal telescope.

Saturn's day is less than half of ours, but the year is 29 times longer!

Saturn has thousands of rings around it. In the middle of Saturn is a hot rocky core.
