The Crossover Isand Lighthouse is pretty neat. It made me think differently about lighthouses. I hope it changes the way you think about lighthouses too.Crossover Island Lighthouse was built in1849 and it was rebuilt in 1882. Ralph Hill of Kenmore, New York was born in the Crossover Island Lighthouse. He recsued over 400 stranded mariners. The Crossover Island Lighthouse is no longer in service. This lighthouse is now privately owned.
