Steve Caballero was born November 8, 1964. He started skateboarding when he was 14 and has stuck to it for almost 25 years! Steve is one of the few skaters that took skateboarding from skate parks in the ‘70’s and backyard pools and plywood halfpipes in the ‘80’s to skill skate professionally through the 90’s and into the new millennium. Not only did Steve (otherwise known as "Cab") invent air variations for vertical skating, he also set the record for the highest air achieved on a halfpipe, a huge 11 feet high! Cab is a pioneer of street skating and has won many competitions and a few world championships. Today, Cab lives in Scotts Valley, California and is still a great inspiration for future generations of skateboarders.
