     This is a map concerning the 2000 election.  Red states mean a Bush victory, and blue states mean a Gore victory.  Even though Bush had more states Gore still won the popular vote.

     This map is of the u.s.a. and how many electoral votes each state has.  The higher the number the more votes each candidate will get from that state, if they win it, in that election.

 

     This map shows what the u.s.a. would look like if you designed the states according to the Electoral College.  So, in reality, all states are not created equal.  The red states are ones that have the most electoral votes.
