People that were forced to go to the concentration camps weren't only Jews. The vicitims came from all over Europe. They came from Norway, France, the Low Countries, Italy, Germany, Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Poland, Yugoslavia, and Greece. During WWII, German Nazis imprisioned seven to eight million people, mostly European Jews. By 1945, Nazis had murdered about 6 million of the people in theaz camps by firing squads. Some were killed by starvation and diseases. Most died from the poison in the gas chambers. |
