Stan won 7 batting titles and 6 slugging percentage titles between 1943 and 1957. Stan was named National League MVP in 1943. Stan’s sweet swing produced 3,630 hits.

It was said that the best way to pitch "Stan the Man" was to walk him, and try to pick him off first. He is the only man to play 1,000 games each at first base and in the outfield.

Stan Musial was elected to the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1969.
