Creature Feature

The creature and aliens in the Star Wars trilogy are the movie itself. What I'm trying to say is that if there were no creatures and aliens in the movie there would just be vehicles and weapons on a barren wasteland called a planet. Even our heroes Luke and Leia are aliens because they were born not of this planet. So on this part of this website you find out how the aliens and creatures made the movies of Star Wars. You will go from planet to planet finding out about the native and alien aliens that make the trilogy. You will also find out theories about what George Lucas might have been thinking when he made the different creatures and aliens.

First we will go to the planet of Tatooine. Tatooine only has two native species. Jawas the small dwarf-like scavengers. These little guys might have been modeled after munchkins in the Wizard of Oz. The only other species is Tusken Raiders or sand people. Tusken Raiders roam the Dune Sea shooting at unsuspecting people in landspeeders. Tusken Raiders are bitter and unlikeable. Don't come into contact with these guys unless you're ready for a fight. Tusken Raiders might be made after the desert nomads that live in or around the Kalahari and Gobi Deserts. The creatures that are found on Tatooine are those of Sarlacc, Dewback, Ronto, Womp rats, and Banthas. Banthas are beasts of burden as well as Rontos. Banthas might be a cross between a ram and a wooly mammoth. Rontos are probably made after an early form of giraffe. Womp rats are most likely to be made after kangaroo rats. Dewback are also beasts of burden like the Rontos. Dewback are giant scaly lizards.
