Vitamins are also important in health. There are many different kinds of vitamins. There is vitamin A, if you do not get vitamin A, you will become blind, have lung disease, and have rough skin. Some good sources of vitamin A, are liver, fish, dairy, eggs, and green veggies. Vitamin B2: if you don't get it, you will get corner of mouth cracks, become dizzy, have light sensitivity, and have poor digestion. Some good sources of vitamin B2 are, milk, liver, eggs, and green veggies. If you don't get vitamin C, you will get scurvy. Some good sources of vitamin C are, fruits and potatoes. So, remember, get lots of vitamins!
