Fats are made up of substances called fatty acids and nitroglycerine. Too many fats can cause high cholesterol. High cholesterol may cause heart attacks. You don't want that do you?
Foods with a lot fat include beef, lamb, pork, butter, margarine, oils, cream, whole milk, cheese, ice cream, fried foods, nuts, avocados, snack chips, crackers, cookies, pastries, and many desserts. You should try to stay away from these foods or foods that are similar to them.
