Peace
Peace is the state of being calm, quiet, and having harmony in relationships. There is an outer peace and an inner peace. Outer peace refers to the ability to live together without violence and free of disturbances. Inner peace refers to one's self when a person feels safe, secure, and worthy. When you are at peace with yourself and others you will feel safe and secure. You will also have a sense of calmness within yourself.

Put Peace into Action

  • If you lose a race, don't be negative.
  • If you get mad at someone, talk out the problem using words, not your fists.
  • If you see your friends fighting, try to help them solve their problem in a better way.
  • Apologize when you accidentally do something to someone.
  • If you have a disagreement with someone, find a resolution and walk away as friends.
