About Us
Astronomer's View is a website that was developed by two sixth grade students at Harmony
Middle School. This site was created for the Thinkquest Junior 2001 contest and it is about
the different parts of astronomy. This section of the Astronomer's View is about the website
itself, the students, and the website's goal.
About the Website
Astronomer's View was developed in a series of two months work. Our team, J0112540, used
many different resources in the process. Each section is labeled on the left in the yellow
section with blue headers. This is for easy navigation and a cleaner look. Across the top
of each page, there are rollovers with the Astronomer's View logo up in the upper left-hand
corner. The logo is a way back to the homepage of Astronomer's View and the rollovers each
go to their sections. Other than the navigation system, the remaining area is used to display
information on the topic that the user selects.
Our Website's Goal
As always, our goal for the Astronomer's View is to be an informative website about astronomy.
We also hope that you can share your thoughts, ideas, and information about throughout the Internet
so other people can learn more too.

Hello, and welcome to the Astronomer's View! I enjoy to play chess, read Brian Jacques'
Redwall series, and work with computers. Throughout building this site, I felt that it was a
great experience. This is so that I could put together two of my favorite things, astronomy
and working with computers. I go to Harmony Middle School and I am in sixth grade.

Hello, how are you doing? I enjoy playing computer games, playing chess, and working
with computers. I thought it would be fun doing this because I like learning about space. I go
to Harmony Middle School. I am in 6th grade.
