Our double puzzle is two puzzles in one! First, unscramble the mixed up letters into actual Civil Rights terms and phrases. Once you've unscrambled the letters and written them in the boxes. Then use the numbers under the boxes to fill in the right letters in the second puzzle to find out what the hidden message is.
