Joints
Joints are bones that are connected together. There are different kinds of joints, there are fixed joints, that don't move. Then there are hinge joints that move in one direction. The next one is ball, and socket joints, that allows you to swing, in almost any direction. The next joint is the pivotal joint, that moves in separate directions. Then final one is the sliding or gliding joint, this moves the same direction. these are the joints that you have. These are some examples of your joints. The hinge joint is in your wrist. The ball, and socket is in your neck. The pivotal is in your shoulder. The sliding-gliding joint is in your elbow.
