Inside Bones

Do you know that you have red marrow in your bones? You have red marrow that is a jelly like substance.  This red marrow in your bones is to make more blood cells than you can count!  If you wanted to describe the red marrow, it would be like a spongy material. The other kind of blood cell, is a white blood cell.  White blood cells are like red blood cells, but they are white. You have over a half a pound of red marrow. Every second millions of blood cells are made up.
