Healthy Lungs
It is very important to keep our lungs in good shape so that we won’t damage our lungs with such things as cigarettes, or breathing air pollution. We should also wear masks when we do such things as mow the grass, work in dusty areas, spray paint, or anything that involves strong odors. We can also exercise our lungs by doing deep breathing exercises, running and playing to fully expand our lungs when we are young and continue through our adult lives. Taking care of our lungs is as important as any other part of our bodies.
