How
your heart beats is it has 2 sides broken in half. They work together for
certain things. The top half is called atrium. The bottom half is called
ventricle. When the two works together they will pump blood from different
directions to different directions for the heart to beat. The sound you hear
from your heart is likely this sound “lubb-dub.”
Do you know how big your heart is? If you are an adult, your heart is almost as big as your tight fist. A child’s heart is almost as big as their fist. A child’s heart beats faster than adult hearts. A canary’s heart beats faster than you probably even think it does.
