There are 4 main different types of blood. If you have blood type o you can give to any type of blood type. If you have blood type ab you only give to ab. If you have blood type b you give to b & ab. If you have blood type a you give to a & ab.
If you have blood type o you can receive from only group o. If you have blood type ab you can receive from all groups.
