The Olympians were happy playing their games, until the Romans took over their kingdom and stopped them from playing. Theodosius, a roman emperor, offered money to the winners of the games. The games lost their religious meaning and people started to cheat. The games were then stopped.

The Olympians started with only one sport, a running race of about 200 meters. They kept adding on more and more sports until it was the most famous thing in ancient Greece.
