Day 8: Let the Games Begin
Space Quiz Show ] Crossword Puzzles ] Word Searches ] Double Puzzles ]

"Okay, kids, you've learned a lot in the past week.  Now it's time to show me what you can remember about space.  You can choose from an online quiz (just like our popular TV show, Who Wants to Be a Millionaire!), 2 crossword puzzles, 7 word searches, and 2 double puzzles with secret messages.  Newton and I put together a timeline of important discoveries and exploration milestones that you can take with you to help you remember this unforgettable tour.  Have fun!"

Crosswords

There are two different crossword puzzles for you to choose from. You can print out the Space Crossword or Another Space Crossword. We've included links to the answers for you so you can check your work.

Word Searches

There are seven different word searches for you to choose from. You can print out the word searches and find all the words, each relating to a major section. Enjoy!

Double Puzzles

In this game your goal is to find out what the secret message is. To do that you will have to unscramble the words on the left and write them into the boxes on the right. Then transfer the numbered letters to the numbered boxes on the bottom. There may be letters in the secret message to help you get started. Turn on your thinking caps and start having fun!
