Sharing Foods?  I Don't Think So!

Hey, I'm Sally!  I think sharing food is sick!  Consider your health when you eat with friends.  Try to avoid harmful eating habits.  Double dipping, pop swapping, and bite sharing are examples of harmful eating habits.

Double Dipping: When foods such as chips and dip are served, people dip, take a bite, dip again and take another bite.  Their germs are then spread throughout the dip.  If another person does the same they also put their germs into the dip.  In other words they are trading germs! When dealing with a situation like this put dip on a plate then enjoy!

Pop Swapping:  Sometimes people let others drink from their beverages.  Do not drink from the same bottle, glass, or can as somone else.  Do not allow others to drink after you.  Once again every time you take a drink germs are traded.  Nasty!  If friends ask to share a beverage with you tell them to get their own.

Bite Sharing:    Sometimes when food is not finished people ask others if they would like to have it.  Do not accept anything that has been eaten on by someone else.  You do not want their germs. You already have enough of your own.
