Food Pyramid

This is a picture of the food pyramid.  Dietitians use this everyday to decide on people's diets.
 
The Food Groups
 
 
Bread: Includes Whole Grain, Bread, Cereal, Pasta, and Rice.  Eat liberally, (very generously) 6-11 servings.
Vegetables: Includes Corn, Carrots, Potatoes, and Greens.  Eat generously, 3-5 servings.
 Fruit: Includes Apples, Bananas, Pears, Peaches, Kiwi, and 
Grapes. Eat generously, 2-4 servings.
Dairy: Includes Milk, Cheese, Cream, and Yogurt. Eat moderately, 2-3 servings.
Protein: Includes Nuts, Eggs, Poultry, Steak, and Hamburgers. Eat moderately, 2-3 servings.
Fats: Includes Oils, Sugar, Candy, Salt, and Vegetable Fats.  Eat Sparingly, little as possible.
