1. Anorexia Nervosa- an eating disorder in which a person starves himself or herself and has a low  body weight

2. Binge Eating Disorder- an eating disorder in which a person frequently stuffs himself or herself with food

3. Body Frame- the size of a person's body frame

4. Body Image- the feeling a person has about the way his or her body looks

17. Eating Disorder- emotional problems that lead to harmful changes in eating patterns

19. Enabler- a person who supports the harmful behavior of another

20. Fast Foods- food that can be served quickly

21. Fats- nutrients that provide energy and help the body store vitamins

22. Fiber- the part of grains and plant foods that cannot be digested

23. Foodborne Illness- an illness which is caused by eating foods that have germs in them

24. Food Group- foods that have similar nutrients

25. Food Guide Pyramid- a guide that shows how many servings of food you need from each food group every day

26. Food Label- a chart of nutrition information on some foods

27. Iron-deficiency anemia- a condition in which a person has few red blood cells to oxygen to cells

28. Junk Food- food that is high in sugar, fat, and salt

29. Minerals- nutrients that are used in many of the activities of the body

30. Nutrients- things that are found in food that provide energy, help with growth and repair of cells, and help with body processes

31. Nutrition- the study of what people eat

32. Nutritional Facts- the title of the food label which has to be on some foods

40. Serving Size- the amount of food which is calculated as one serving

41. Servings Per Container- the amount of servings in a container or package

42. Snack- foods eaten between meals

43. Undernutrition- lacking nutrients needed for health

44. Underweight- a weight under a person's normal weight

45. Vitamins- nutrients that help the body use carbohydrates, proteins, and fats

46. Water- A nutrient that makes up blood, helps digest food, helps with waste removal, keep-s body temperatures normal, and cushions the spinal cord and joints
