Dietary Guidelines



       There are many dietary guidelines that you should follow. Listen to Danny tell you what the dietary guidelines are.
 
Eat a variety of foods. No single food gives you all the nutrients you need.
Make sure the food you eat and the amount of physical activity you get. That means the more you eat, the more physical activity you need to get. 
Choose a diet low in fat, saturated fat, sugars, salt, sodium, and cholesterol. 
Choose a diet with plenty of fruit, grain products, and vegetables. 
Don't drink alcohol!
