Large
multi-colored balloons. You may need to purchase these at
a specialty or party store.
Air pump, if desired.
Directions:
Stretch balloon
Blow up balloon 3/4 full. Use the air pump, if
you have one.
Tie the end
Gently twist a bubble about one and a half inches from the
tied end
Next to this, twist two bubbles three and one half to four
inches in length. Twist together section between first
and second bubble and the third bubble (the rest of the
balloon).
Push through long end
of the balloon until balloon is snug.
