The City Clerk is responsible for all the files, paper work, and records for the city.  They also make sure the city elections run smoothly.   They keep track of meetings for all commissions the council members are part of.  The ceremonial coordinator makes sure the Mayor and council members are present for any special ceremonies presented by the city.  They also keep all the minutes for the council meetings so that any person can view them.
