The construction of the Eiffel Tower was done by using 2.5 million rivets and 15,000 iron pieces. And even 80,000 pounds of paint! It was built from 1887-1889 ~ 2 whole years. And if you want to go on a long hike, climb the Eiffel Tower; there are 1,652 steps!
