Foods of Brazil

Brazilians like fruits and soft drinks. They also like lots of coffee. They make a special coffee Brazilian style called a cafezinho.

Here is the recipe: For each cup of water, use a heaping Tbs. of GOOD coffee ground for espresso. Add sugar to taste.

This is how it's done.
You'll need a saucepan that you'll promise to use ONLY for making coffee (cross your heart and hope to die). Add water to the pan, add the sugar, and dissolve well. Bring to a boil over medium heat. When the water and sugar mixture boils, add the coffee powder, stir well, and remove from the heat immediately.

That will make you a great cup of cafezinho.

Some favorite fruits are the mango, papaya, coconuts, and many more. They have small stands on the sides of boardwalks. Most of the stands are cooking bean cakes and crabs using sauces, and African herbs and spices. Other than that, most foods and supplies are like what we have in America.

As you dine at a Brazilian restaurant, the view of the beach and ocean is right in your view.

There are many little stands on the sides of the streets of Brazil. People go there to buy snacks and drinks if they are thirsty or if there are no restaurants around.
