TOBACCO Tobacco has a very exciting history. In 6000 BC, the tobacco plant began growing in America. The first pictorial record of smoking was a pottery vessel and on it, a Mayan term for smoking was sik'ar. Did you know the Indian's used tobacco to claim revenge on the white men?
