First Lady Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy was born on July 28, 1929 in South Hampton, New York to John III and Janet Lee Bouvier. She attended the best of private schools in New York City and East Hampton. Jackie first met the future President John F. Kennedy while working as a reporter. After their courtship, they were married in the year of 1953 in Newport. In 1957, their daughter, Caroline Bouvier was born. Their son John F. Kennedy Jr. was born in 1960. Their second son, Patrick Bouvier was born in 1963, but later died as an infant.
