tall sea talesIn the eighteenth century many people believed that monstrous creatures haunted the sea, waiting to destroy the ships passing by.  They feared their lives every time they went to sea sailing.  many people also believed  that there were mermaids who would rescue the sailors right before they drowned.  In the year 1900 the people began to realize that mermaids and the other sea monsters were figments of their imagination.        

    Even though the monsters were and still aren't real there are some monsters, EELS!  These creatures we call eels can be dangerous.  For example, if you went scuba diving you would probably find a eel on your tail.

now when it comes to the Caribbean's and scuba diving you think, "wow, cool that sounds fun", you don't even bother thinking that something could totally go wrong.  The dangerous thing about them is that they don't care what they eat.  They just care that they eat something good &yummy and that could be YOU!
