Abandoned: Deserted; forsaken

Abundant: Occurring in or marked by abundance; plentiful

Hypothermia: Abnormally low body temperature

Intense: Extreme in degree, strength, or size

Invertebrates: An animal, such as an insect or a mollusk, that lacks a backbone or spinal column

Parasites: An organism that grows, feeds, and is sheltered on or in a different organism while contributing nothing to the survival of its host

Peritonitis: Inflammation of the peritoneum

Poison: A substance that causes injury, illness, or death, especially by chemical  means

Reunite: To bring or come together again.

Vibrations: A single complete vibrating motion; a quiver.
