Central New York apparently does something with chicken and mayonnaise on a grill and calls it barbecue, but we're not really sure if that counts or not. But Dinosaur Barbecue in Syracuse offers both ribs and the Blues, and can even serve them up with chicken wings and macaroni and cheese.
