North Carolina

North Carolina barbecue sauce is thin,
made from tomatoes, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar, and you
can even get cole slaw with the sauce mixed in. Pork barbecue is important to
people in North Carolina, and the Internet is full of NC barbecue restaurants.
North Carolina barbecue is extremely regional, and varies dramatically from
county to county. In Brunswick County, for example, barbecue is traditionally
served with "Brusnwick Stew."Even Robert mentioned NC when he came
to talk with us about barbecue!
