At Mississippi State University, you can visit the 4-H Poultry Barbecue Contest. There are also Hog Wild in Jackson, MS, and the Possum Town Pig Fest in Columbus. If that's not enough, try another Hog Wild in Corinth, or the Cleveland Octoberfest in Cleveland! Mississippi barbecue is more like Memphis' than Kansas City's.
