Hoo-eee! Did someone say, "Hot Sauce?" Louisiana folk like their barbecue sauce thin and firey! They barbecue pork as well as chicken in Louisiana, and beef if you're close enough to the Texas border. There's a style of barbecue cooker made from an oil drum that's called a "Cajun Microwave," and it can also be used as a grill . . . which is a good thing, since a Louisiana gathering is bound to include some grilled or boiled shrimp and crawfish!
